hey_soul_sister @dalianaaa no I've blocked a few folks myself for similar reasons. I don't make up the size I just post it and take measurements. I've also bought a few things myself that didn't fit properly or as I would have liked and just re-poshed them explaining why. But I gave a good rating if they described the item accurately because that wasn't their fault!

atlantalaurie @camilled61 OMG! I was just reading y'alls conversation. I sold a bundle to a gal. One of the items was a set of 2 cotton shorts. The tag said 3X with a 22-24 in parenthesis right there on the manufacturer tag that I had a photo of. She wrote me and said they were too big and my description was bad. She said before she gives me my rating, she wants to "see what I can do for her" on another order.

atlantalaurie @camilled61 So, I spent a half a day measuring stuff for her and told her she could deduct a certain amount from the bundle. She put in a ridiculously low offer (more than I told her to deduct), but accepted it anyway to avoid my first bad rating.

atlantalaurie @camilled61 the MINUTE she got the tracking number for her second order, she gave me a 3 star rating with "item description" for my "area of improvement". Needless to say I was livid. But decided to let it go and just never sell to her again. She sent me another ridiculous offer on a 3rd order, but I kept counter offering back with the regular price. She finally went away without purchasing.

atlantalaurie @camilled61 But...I just found in her closet that she is re-Poshing the shorts. Which is totally fine...BUT...she's using MY original photos AND my original description that she gave me 3 stars on. Some nerve!!! Anyway... how do you block someone? LOL

hey_soul_sister @atlantalaurie I know it's very frustrating. The rating system is flawed but there's nothing we can do about it- believe me I've tried! To block someone you go to their home page and click on the upper right corner and you'll get the option to block the user. And it's nice to know there are other people running into the same issue as me 😊

atlantalaurie @camilled61 thanks! Will they know they've been blocked? I'd be curious to see what notification they get if they try to buy something. Haha. Any clue? I read that a buyer has 30 days to edit their initial rating. That's a long time!

hey_soul_sister @atlantalaurie yes they can't comment or buy anything from you once they're blocked. I only know this because someone gave me a poor rating for the same issue/ it was a new item w/ tags still on- I measured it- took pics of the size tag, material etc- and when I tried to contact her to discuss it she blocked me. Her loss- lol!

seraphic313 I think what a person should do if it doesn't fit them, is add it to their own store and sell it or give it to a friend/family member.. that's what I do. Not everything runs the same - even if it's your size.

karmaprevails @comilled61 My 1st sale got me a 2 star review.I didn't state that there is a smoker in my household which is my husband and can't be avoided so she said that my jeans smelt funkythen she realized it must have been the smoke.She can't stand the smell soI sent her a beautybox for free for the inconvienence.I felt terrible about it but no response.I understand but it was my first sale and left a bad review.I started washing everything and putting it in vacumn sealed bags until sold.idk to do
