What is that dark colored "flap" that's showing on the underside of the hats? And are these adjustable at all? All hats run big on my head.

Just noticed they are pretty big on the mannequin. All of these I've seen before said they were 22.5" circumference. That's way too big for my head. Lmk if they can be adjusted plz. Thx!

@shanlog hi😀The dark part you're referring to is the plastic hook to hang it when being displayed at a store. It is easily removed😀They are not adjustable, but it m happy to take measurements across the head, if you'd like to let me know which one you're interested in😀

@tiannajoy Hi😀Unfortunately, no. I buy them from a distributor. I did however just place an order for the Do Not Disturb in white as well as gray and black. They are from a different distributor, so they will be adjustable with the ties inside.
