megpreb @lorraineb12 I thinks it is meant to be, yes. I added a photo of me wearing it for you to get an idea of the fit. It's a size L and I would normally wear a S or M so I think it could even go tighter. Also it does have adjustable straps.

megpreb @lorraineb12 It does seem a bit small to me for being a size L! I'm wearing size 4 shorts in the photo from Athleta to give you an idea of my size and how it fits on me.
