F21 cocktail dress

Forever 21 cocktail dress (tag says large - fits like a medium/ sz8, marked as such) Sheer top accented with faux diamonds and pearls. Tan bottom hugs all the right places. Great for the office and transitioning into date night. A couple snags on the skirt, reflected in pic 4 and price. Not noticeable when wearing. (I'm 5'4", for reference. Length is 31")
