{vintage} Topaz Originals navy wiggle dress

1950s Topaz Originals navy dinner party/cocktail dress with eyelet over lay, fully lined, sailor shawl neckline, cap sleeves, and floral applique at waist. Zip up back. Excellent condition other than some fraying at hem and last picture which shows were it has been patched. No stretch.
