hautexcloset @atrap913 Hi Hun, I just measured for you. So it's about 11inches and when stretched it stretches up to 15.5 inches. The material is Stretchy so if you're usually a L it will fit nicely. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions! Xo ❣️
