Super sweet Express shorts - perfect for Summer picnics! NWT- new, with tags and never worn. SIZE 2 though photos show different size. Nice navy blue, super trendy scalloped edge. Tag reads 100% polyester. There is a black line slightly through the inside tag - barely visible and not noticeable in any way when wearing. I bought three pairs and I kept a 00 for myself and don't need these size 2 pairs. Super cute! All items are from my home- everything fresh and clean.

tropicchick @nancy__dawn hi! These are a regular waist - so for instance I wear 00 and the waistline hits me just a little below my belly button. So they are not high waist and they are not low rise. The best part is the waist line lays totally flat against your skin so they are great if you wear a tank with them. There is no bulge from a bulky waistline on the shorts. All smooth. gem0715 I am also a size 00 normally but my legs are very thin and shorts always seem to be too wide for me (old navy, loft) so are these more fitted in the leg?

tropicchick @gem0715 hi! The bottom of the short in size 00 measures about 11 inches across the leg opening. They do not hug my leg but I love the way this scalloped style in this super nice fabric fits me in the leg area. Maybe you can measure the leg opening of shorts you like in your closet and compare with the measurement of these shorts. Hope this helps!
