With special closets I'll go to Posh through my web browser, then use the search function to find the closet. Once I'm there I copy and the link and paste it in my notes 📝 on my phone. Like you, I go the extra mile with cute packaging, handwritten note, (tho not as cute & creative as urs☺️) and always include a new gift of make-up, jewelry or clothing item in their size, similar to their closet style...and still no ❤️..🤦🏼‍♀️. mamacatz @lovesdesigner I have very few disputes/returns. Some items, I’ve kept if not a lot of $, damage or not as described was minimal. I’ve made mistakes, so let the small ones go. However, when I do have to dispute, it’s ALWAYS met with accusations like: you did that to the item(s), I didn’t send that way, you don’t know how to measure, and/or they must have been damaged in transit (clothes/jewelry, no damage to box), etc. I always include very detailed pics/descriptions

I also noticed you don’t jack up your prices on lab created items, even when .925. Some prices I’ve seen are ridiculous! That same ring is listed in another closet for $145! They don’t even sell at those prices in the popular jewelry shops. You are a TOTAL ROCKSTAR seller that deserves sales, I’ll def be sharing your items more often.

mamacatz @akmantia I don’t really care how used they are, mostly just need for home. A decent pair when I do have to leave the house would be good too. Also ISO lightweight L/S shirts and/or lightweight sweatshirts (hoods are a plus). Again, wear/use doesn’t matter. Just ISO cheap stuff. Wanted to ask you before placing that other order.

mamacatz @akmantia Thank you sweets🤗. ! I see my surgeon today, so we’ll see what’s up. Preferably small, unless you have some Med that run on the small side. Length is a factor too. I’m 5’1, my Inseam is about 29-30. I can do regular yoga’s, elastic cuffs, like sweats but not the longer banded cuffs. They won’t fit over the cast. They don’t need to be anything special, mostly stuff to wear at home, since I won’t be out much. Just looking for used, cheap stuff. TIA❤️❤️

mamacatz @akmantia Small on tops too, again unless they run small, then M is fine. I prefer my L/S and lightweight Sweatshirts to be a little oversized, or at least not body hugging. Totally going for comfort.

Always made me nervous when I couldn’t double check items & know he doesn’t take the care that I do when packaging. TOTALLY appreciate your response! I had to open a case last week on a coat that was missing a toggle at waist, buckle, & broken zipper. She was all fussed up, saying she bought it that way & never bothered HER🙄.

mamacatz @expert2016 Aww, thanks. I’m so blessed! I have health issues..Lupus, epilepsy, degenerative disc, & joint disease, and headed into surgery in a couple weeks. I fell off a ladder and fractured both heels, but the left was several heel fractures, fractured ankle joint, bone fragments, & tendon/ligament damage. Been on a knee scooter for 3 months. But hubby & boys have been total rockstars, helping mama!

mamacatz @expert2016 I was wondering! Not too many professions have crazy hours like that. I was a Detective, so I get crazy, & demanding hours. My husband still is, & his hours are nuts! He just got off a stint of 26 hours straight, due to one nasty homicide. I was forced medically retired due to an OTJ injury, that required 10 shoulder surgeries throughout my career. Last one, Doc sidelined me.

mamacatz @lucyandjack55 Yikes! 2 surgeries? I’d hare to go through this again. Although this is a repair I’ve needed for 8 months. I shattered my heel and ankle joint 8 months ago. Was in a cast for 3 months, knee scooter for 6 months and boot the last 2. So almost feels like going through it again. Hope you don’t have to have anymore!
