Milliken's department store opened in the 1800's in Traverse City, MI it was an anchor in this town. This dress is vintage circa 1960's possibly 70's & is new with tags. Needs cleaning/white/size 10. Measurements : 59" long (shoulder to bottom) 14-1/2" shoulder to shoulder, 18-1/2"upper shoulder to wrist w/ 10" overhang sheer poly& lace, 13-1/2"underarm to wrist, 36" bust, 27" waist, w/76" train w/ loop to tuck in dress if not wanted to hang down. Sheer scoop back, med. Neck wrapped

funkyjunktrunk @pallionbuy01 the dress is vintage new with tags, no signs of being worn. Dress will need to be professionally cleaned. Purchased from church bizarre....everyone had their jaws open as i carried to the check outs. There is one or two tiny micro snags i can see with my eagle vision in the poly, but u had to point them out to my sister and she still didnt see them.😊
