Very cool white sugar skull leggings with white scrolled sugar skulls on a black base.. This is a new fabric from Charlie's Project with better durability and a lightly brushed hand feel. Sizing runs a little small. Would best fit sizes 14-20. Unlike other brushed leggings, this fabric was designed to resist pilling after multiple washes. Perfect for Halloween!
