mercymie @lwiltfong Hi. Been trying to figure this out myself. So far, I'm guessing it's 1970s/80s bag. I got it at an estate sale. A daughter was in the process of selling her parents things in order to sell their house. The mom's closet also had a lot of vintage floral bell shaped dresses with the white scalloped collar. That's why I'm thinking 70s/80s.
