I know this was already removed from the kate spade website because it sold out but Verizon also was selling them so you can check their website even though it's also sold out there too. gabyg2932 @kliggan yes! The smartphone compartment it's lower that the zippered sides so it does have space and it doesn't obstruct or hit my phone when closing it. Hope it helps

gabyg2932 Hi! This is the listing for just the wristlet! The dimensions of the commuter case are 6.46"L x 3.37"W x 0.48"T. The smartphone compartment it's expandable so if your case is a little bit thicker i think it would work too.
