Adorable Jumper Dress

I love this year round dress! Sundress in the summer and a jumper over tops winter spring and fall. Leggings or no and any shoe or boot would be great with this piece. This is definitely a capsule closet piece. It must be more of a junior size large because it's to tight in the bust for me to zip. This may be better for a medium or small especially if you want to layer with it. Measurements bust 16" waist 14" length 36". Please take your measurements before you purchase! I consider all offers.
