Floral Surplice Bell Sleeve Romper

Label is Honey Belle, purchased directly from the vendor Honey Punch which is sold at many stores including ASOS, Urban Outfitters, Nastygal, Pacsun. No tags come attached but item is brand new, never worn. Runs small in my opinion, if you're in between sizes I would go up by one. Also I tied it in the back, you can do either.⭐️ One part on inside seam doesn’t lay flat but doesn’t affect wear or can see when on as pictured
