Flowy Cute Ruffled Tunic Style Top

This top flows nicely and looks great with leggings. There are ruffle type seams on the bust line with a delicate tie in the back, that allows you to make the top more fitted. It has a black and a grayish tan floral pattern and buttons down the front so can be worn with a few buttons open to change the look. It is shear, so a camisole or tank underneath is a must. EUC!!
