This shirt is NWT. I have 2 size-Large. Can be worn as a dress if you are a size small or medium. It measure 28 1/2" from the neck to to bottom of the shirt down the middle. The sides from shoulder to the bottom measure 32".Across the bust area is 20" This is a lightweight shirt with stretch. A steal of a deal❤️
