madisonpiperco @lenabella85 I would say the large fits an 8-10 and the medium a 4-6 😊 it kind of depends on how tight you want it. It has really good stretch though so it's pretty flexible in fit 😊

madisonpiperco @jeniferaw20 Hi! As far as during wear, it makes a pretty bag difference in sucking in my waist, a few inches at least. If you mean overall, I don't think waist trainers are scientifically proven to have any longer term effects unless you are wearing them 24/7 for months which I don't think I'd recommend, haha 😊
