fashionsavvy4u @juliangooo hi yes it would as this is the smallest size it came in. It has a belt that you can tight as tight or lose as you want. I'm not sure how to measure it as it's a cape.

fashionsavvy4u @juliangooo I've added a picture of how it looks worn! I wear between a size 2-4. Again this is a cape and this is the smallest size it came in. Also, this was $150 and I've only worn it for a few hours. As such, this will have to be a firm offer. $45 is a steal and this is well worth it😊
