merritt9 @cchrisbarrett I do not have them right now because I sold them but the buyer disputed the size (since they are vintage and I went by waist size and not tag size). Long story short I do not have them yet but will in a few days if you would like me to tag you when they are relisted.

merritt9 @shelbylj @shelbylj Hi there. No that measurement is the rise, which is the measurement from the crotch seam straight up to the waistband to see how high waisted the shorts are. The blue shorts measure 28-28.5 inches across the waistband/top of the shorts. Hope this helped! Let me know if you have more questions!

merritt9 @shelbylj Sorry let me clarify. The measurement taken flat across the shorts is right around 14 inches, when doubled this makes for a 28 inch waist.
