Need PIT TO PIT measurement and FABRIC CONTENT to consider??? As this dress is lined, measurements are important to fit unless really stretchy????

Sorry for the delayed replay. Was unable to measure the dress til today. The measurement from pit to put is 19”. There isn’t stretch. It is lined and both the lining and outer shell is made of 100% polyester. You can wash in the washing machine but will need to be on a gentle cycle on warm or cold with a gentle detergent. For drying it would need to be a cool setting or hang it or lay it out flat to dry
