bbybritty @kasj25 from the very top of the strap to the longest part of the bottom it is 53 inches. It has an uneven asymmetrical sort of bottom that goes up and down and there are parts that measure 42 inches. @gooseygirl the material is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. I have a few offers going right now on this ladies, so feel free to add one and I will choose the highest bidder! Thanks 💕
