The "Boutique" designation has nothing to do with PM's WS portal. ~~An item is deemed Boutique if it was purchased wholesale, directly from a distributor, and is being sold to the public for the first time.~~ Perhaps you should brush up & do some research first b4 you go around policing the site to people acting like an expert?
