Clear sparkling crystals / chocolate beads. Lead compliant. One size fits all. Very well made! 0.4" High stretchable. I put one of these bracelets to the test! I wore it to work all day and I have a physically demanding job, using my hands all day, it was very comfortable and held up great! Very sturdy piece. Much prettier in person than in pictures
