Awesome black Tobi dress with a high-low hem that falls beautifully when worn! Cap sleeves, open back, and super soft, stretchy fabric (98% rayon, 2% spandex). I love this dress, but it's been sitting in my closet, unworn, since I purchased it! Could also fit an xs. This is no longer sold on Tobi's site but the first photo is the stock photo thumbnail from my order history (a bit fuzzy, sorry!).

lala729 @cassiepalagi Just FYI - I just added the old stock photo of this dress from Tobi's site (it was only a small one from my order history so it's a bit grainy), but it shows the fit of the dress better than my other photos. 😊
