@janicern : I added 2 more pics at the end against a measuring tape with the diameter both ways. It fits a little looser than a 6 but not quite a 6.5 US size. The Alexander McQueen Size is 11 which translates to a 6.

@janicern : this one is small though - really more like a 6. I'm going to keep one for now. I'm sending you my favorite one with the Harness. It's sooooo gorgeous! And it's bigger.
