Super chic high end Alaia vintage gem! So beautiful! From the 80's! Features seamed detailing, dolman sleeves, mock neckline, snap buttons in back, padded shoulders, cinched elastic waistband, gorgeous burgundy wine color, the fabric is thick but breathable there is a few areas where the knit is separating but not noticable when on, size tag is missing pls go by measurements. jimmycat @hailtofashion yes Rei Kawakubo of CDC was doing those wild asymmetrical short jackets made out of vintage silk scarves, and weaving the scarves in with felted wool for structure! I got one in 2012, and returned it because it was just too much for me to handle at the time in terms of avant garde! I've been kicking myself ever since I returned it, and haven't been able to find anything like it again. Phooey!!😁😁

I was picturing what it would look good with, a tight fitting strapless dress that flairs out at the bottom 😄 but I don't go anywhere anymore, I'm truly a home body now days! I live in a small town that is somewhat conventional so some of these inventive and imaginative wild things are not wearable or practical!!--in which case it goes in the dress bag as collectible! Fun to see!
