minedthemanor @jr8178 I would say yes. Although it's flowy in the middle to lower portion, the shoulders and bust are more fitted and run true to size. When I was a medium I really couldn't wear the small one. I tried and the shoulders (while the fabric has stretch) still felt tight. Hope that helps!!!
