Lace Long Sleeve Dress

This dress is blue with a flower lace design. It has long flowy sleeves and a gold necklace that came with the dress but can also be taken off. I am 5 ft and this dress fits me right above the knees when not wearing any shoes. I got it as a gift, tried it on, but never wore it.
