Sleeveless dress with side slits

A whimsical dress with fluttery hem detailing and a waist tie create an exceptional flowing dress perfect for summer. There are two slits on each side that measure from bottom hem up 20". It also comes with a matching slip that is midi length. All measurements are approximate - armpit to armpit is 18" lying flat, shoulder to bottom hem is 54".
