mrsb422 @bekaharias ball of foot, on the sole of the 7 1/2 is just over 3 1/2" wide, length is 10 1/2" again at the sole...there's a very slight curve in the sole so the length could be just a hair shorter, and remember the interior is probably shorter and narrower than these measurements. 8 1/2 is 3 3/4" wide, 10 3/4" long. So 1/4" difference in both width and length.

mrsb422 @bekaharias I have a wide foot too...usually struggle with boots. Slipped my foot in the 7.5 (I'm usually a 7 in boots) and it wasn't too tight. I'd wear a dress sock, but it was not uncomfortable at all. Actually quite perfect lol.
