lexiedeexo @sviens510 I am a 38C/36D and I wear a size large or 10/12 in dresses. From armpit to armpit, the top measures 18 inches flat, and 17 and a half inches shoulder to shoulder. On me, it's a bit tight on me, so I believe it can fit a medium, especially for a woman with a bust.
