time_warpdrobe Hi 👋 Thank you for creating this listing! I have a question regarding payment and ratings. If I sell something and the buyer will not accept, will this affect my ratings / Posh stats? I know it's not proper to ask them to accept. The buyer's profile says they've been active and have left plenty of notes / ratings. I think she may be upset because I countered her lowball offers twice and said the NWT item's price was firm 😒

khattie @time_warpdrobe not to worry. If the buyer doesn't open a case (and they probably have no reason to) then Poshmark will automatically accept and release the funds to you 3 business days after the package has been delivered. Some people just don't accept and wait the three days. Happens to me a lot.

time_warpdrobe Good to know. I know on Vinted if someone doesn't accept, Vinted automatically releases your earnings and gives you 5 stars. Thanks for your help 😊

escharf5714 I’m in a selling slump. I’m getting tons of ridiculous low ball offers when I’m already running a sale!! What do you do when you haven’t had a sale in 3 weeks??!! I’ve joined every possible follow group/game I can find. I’ve begun a sale, I’ve started a follow game for breast cancer awareness month, I share my closet at 3x a day I’ve added new stuff. Any advice would be appreciated. 🙏

khattie @escharf5714 I would suggest you delete and repost your old/stale listing. When you list instead of just sharing it goes to everyone’s feed, not just your followers so you’ll get new followers too.

escharf5714 @khattie I do edit-next-list every other day. Is that accomplishing the same thing or do I need to delete it completely?

khattie @escharf5714 delete at least 3 or 4 items a day completely and then list them just like you would a new item. You can even try re-listing at a higher price. You’d be surprised when I’ve deleted and re-listed items for a slightly higher price I get better sales. Hope this helps.

khattie @ag02886 to get a host pick you should try following the hosts, Sharing their listings, and tag them in one of your listings asking to be considered. Sometimes it works and other times they already have them picked out but it does work sometimes. You just have to get on their radar. Also you’re listing it re-listing daily and sharing your closet ever day you should start to see some sales.

itsallabtstyle @khattie thanks. I have one more question. I have some listings which are really low in price and i have got around 7 likes on them. But nobody is sending offer or adding them in bundle. I cant offer private discount as price is already very low. If i increase the price of the listing, i think private discount will not get triggered bcz it takes historical price. If i delete and relist with higher price i will loose all my likes. What do you suggest in this case?

khattie @ag02886 you will lose your likes but likes don’t always equal sales and you will get more. If they weren’t going to buy it at your lowest price then they weren’t going to buy it. I hope that makes sense. For me losing the likes is worth the trade off because I’d rather get new people to my listing and hopefully make a sale. 😽

kolie82 @khattie hi there! Thanks for creating this posting! I have 3 questions since I’m still learning here. 1. I bought something 5 days ago but have not heard anything about it being shipped- is this normal? They answered me at first when I made offer, now I’ve heard nothing since day one. 2. Is there a way to delete bundles people have made for you, or you have made for others? It seems I am getting a collection of these. Lol.

khattie @kolie82 some buyers take a long time to ship. I’d give it 7 days and then co fact posh if you haven’t heard anything from the buyer. I believe you can delete listing in bundles individually by unliking them. They’ve made several changes to this feature son not even sure what works anymore. If it makes you feel any better I have lots of bundles floating around too.

khattie @kolie82 you can delete and delist the item and then offer the buyer your lowest price. Usually you cannot make the same offer twice unless you delete and realist the listing. Hope that helps.

You can search FB groups for the poshmark analytics sandbox and they can get you started. It’s a great group of supportive women too! Hope that helps. 😽
