I absolutely love this dress but I just never wear it . This is from the Contemporary department at Forever 21. V neck opening with snap closure a few" down. This is 33" long from shoulder to hem, and about 20" across pit to pit. This is in brand new condition as it is pretty new and has never been worn or washed.

@casserrey Hey girl, I can't really do that low. I sent a counter. This is my only income right now. Plus I love this dress. It's pretty new and never been worn. Only tried on. If you hit the heart on this listing, and you agree with my counter, just message me on here and I will manually lower the price.
