styledbuyv @jrenaeh hey there. The best way to describe the dress is a light sheer chiffon layer (the ombré layer) that sits on top of a matte soft polyester lining. It fits a little oversized to get that flowy pleated effect like you see the model wearing. As for quality... these aren't cheap junk dresses from AliExpress or Wish. Everything in my boutique passes a quality test before being posted. The only reason these are listed so cheap is because it's summer clearance.
