cristyizzo @pounehme hi! This can be worn both ways, skirt or dress. The front is slightly shorter then the back. Front is about 41 1/2 inches and the back is about 43 1/2 inches. I'm 5'2, as a dress it goes to ankle. As a skirt with the top rolled down, it goes to the floor.
