Black & White Pleated Skater Skirt

This has been worn twice and is in great condition! The waistband is elastic and stretches. There are little black polka dots in the skirt outlined by white, making for an unique pattern. This is not from J.Crew, the brand is not available so for promotion I'm adding it. I the brand is Dance & Marvel and this was from a local boutique in Omaha.
