Beautiful one-of-a-kind skirt with lace, fabric and velour sections in maroon, red, pink, and creme colors. Perfect for a festival! Fabric is thicker but cool it down with a bikini top! Waist unstretched is 14". Stretched it is 18" I would say it's a size S/M. Great condition. Please see last photo for a small blemish that looks like an imperfection of the fabric. Not noticiable!
