Excellent condition! Billabong Midway Luv maxi skirt. Can be worn as a dress or skirt. Allover shades of blue and gray tie dye. Fold over wide waistband with small Billabong logo tag on back. Approx outseam laying flat/not folded measures 48" long. Waistband flat 15" across but will stretch much more. 100% viscose. Size medium but soft and stretchy, will fit a range of sizes.
