Super soft. 99% cotton , 1% poly. 9 leg opening knee 6.5 waist 15 hips about 17 inseam 28 frayed at hem. Distressed front and back pockets with paint splatters. Whiskering along front pockets. Heavily distressed front pant leg you can always patch if you don't like that much knee. If you could wear as 24 just be loose in waist, as I am sure you know current Elliot is larger in waist slim in leg- so may even fit a 26 with small hips and legs I am sure I know your CE size.
