H&M black silky flutter sleeve top - brand new!

I purchased this top in India while on business after my luggage was lost. However, I didn't get a chance to wear it. So it still has tags on it and is brand new. Please forgive the price listed on the tag, as it is in rupees. The original price of the shirt was 1999 rupees, which would be equal to about $31 in US money.
