I plan on using this item to layer and not actually for exercise 😅 so I won’t mind if the medium does not make me feel like I am “strapped in” but still fits tightly with no gaping, if that makes any sense, lol

@kimchu9 Hi! A medium would work just fine. The front is adjustable so it helps with different chest sizes 🙂 I can tighten it all the way or leave it completely loose for more room. There is such a small difference between each size

@ellewoodz1989 Hi 🎀 my descriptions are always very accurate along with comments all above ☝🏼 These run true to size and have a thicker compression fit. There extremely well made and have an adjustable lace up front to help with your chest size and preference of showing chest. I’m a 34D in the small but I like it tight because I really work out in them. Hope that helps!
