It kills me knowing you have so much pain. I'm trying to think of something for you to try to alleviate it. Sometimes I bend over forward to let gravity help. I loosen every neck muscle, massage the neck, be sure no muscles are tensed. Sometimes it realigns my neck. It kinda feels to me like I'm getting space between the discs. Not using any neck muscles is the key. Top of the head faces floor.

@chickouture I forgot to put the @ in the comment above for you. I tried the cat bowtie on all but could get it on only one. Then he freaked I wanted to get a pic for you but couldn't. The bionic man had his other hip replaced too. He's doing well. Please don't worry about the shirts! It's not important. It's cold here. Down to 17Β° with wind chill yesterday. It's incredible that Davina levelled up already!! Amazing in such a short time!!

@chickouture And Adam got an award!! How fabulous!! It must run in your family!! It's hops in the beer. The alcohol part was to make the pain temporarily better and loosen, lol. Homesick makes a shiatsu neck messages I use. It helps. I also use acupressure. Put 2 or three fingers where the muscle is tightening around this discs and lean on it. Those contracted muscles help keep the discs where they are...out of alignment, pinching and hurting like mad.

@chickouture It is Hometics that makes it. Auto correct drives me nuts sometimes. When I reingure something and go to my orthopedic Dr. He usually puts me on ibuprofen therapy for two weeks ONLY. Take 3 200mg, equaling 600mg, pills three times a day with a little food or milk. Sometimes I would take just 2 times a day here and there. Sometimes it helps in less than 2 weeks then I stop the regiment. Can't take it longer like that cause of liver or kidneys.
