@park13 hi it's good for fall spring and mild winter temps. I'm in PA so we have very cold winters I guess it depends where you're located. It's a mid weight jacket not lined or anything. The measurements are laying flat across the front buttoned Medium Bust 21.5" waist 21 hips 21" small bust is 21" waist 20" hips 20"
