What size dress would you say this is equivalent too! 10, 12...and the top is adjustable by the back ties?

@singlemomsrock I'd say that it's close to a larger 10 or a 12. Yes, the top part can be pulled higher so there's not as much cleavage depending on where you tie it 😊
