crystal_maiden @zev4u_lexx_luvr Which one? The orange garnets range between 40-60$ and the red garnet (my personal favorite) is $20, these are zaks stones inside the specimen cases. I believe the raw ones are $5.. The only garnets I own are these beads.. I rly thought I still had some cabs left! The bead garnets i wouldnt charge for, aside from the crown, but theyre not nearly as nice as Zaks facets.

crystal_maiden Hey @zev4u_lexx_luvr I uploaded 2 spider web (dream catcher) samples. The first photo, I want to fit the garnet inside the center and fasten it someway so i peeks through :) but if u prefer the seconde photo i can do that as well. Im just not 100% on how i would fit the garnet

I did'nt realize you also wanted a spider but i can accomodate that as well. Did you want it part of the gemstone or off to the side? zev4u_lexx_luvr @crystal_maiden Just 1 spider. This post, 2nd comment down...I said I wanted the garnet stone to be the spider's body. I want it to look similar to your other realistic spider but with the red stone as it's big abdomen butt. I don't know what color wire is best for the spider. (I just don't like gold or brass.) I think either black, silver or copper wire is good. What do you think?

zev4u_lexx_luvr @crystal_maiden I don't think you have to move the already fastened garnet, you could probably just create the rest of it's body in the front like it is coming thru the web. But sort of off to the side or at an angle so we could still see the garnet behind it.

zev4u_lexx_luvr @crystal_maiden Can you give it a more vine-y look by adding another small curl end on the start of the sides? Not an entire long arm but just from the front's curve to start to mid area on the bottom of the sides. Really hard to explain. It looks like it needs another curl to me. If you don't know what I mean...I can sketch it.

zev4u_lexx_luvr @crystal_maiden it looks like it need something where your pinky finger is sort of pointing. So it is not as narrow. I can't really see the entire front & side of the headpiece all at once so trying to say I like the curls aside of the front web & maybe. I like a wavy vine-y look.

You can start in the realistic scary spider legs tho if you don't have another project to work on. You said you have red or black wire to do that.

crystal_maiden @zev4u_lexx_luvr Hi sweetheart, just uploaded a photo of 2 different spiders. The red is an old guy from a while ago that's a bit big but it's just an example I can recreate. I still rlyy think having a few little guys off on the sides would look better (symmetrical and not too attention grabbing from ruby), but it's up to you. Unfortunately I couldn't manage to make the Ruby into a spider.

I was thinking of using black or red to compliment your spider but if you prefer another color like grey or so I can check next time I get off the island ^-^ i could also use chains but ribbons would be more comfortable.

zev4u_lexx_luvr @crystal_maiden I have an odd request. Can you add long streamers going down the areas where you attach the tie-back ribbon? If so I would prefer all 3 colors together. (The brighter blood red, the silvery gray & the black.) As for the tie, I would say the bright blood red if I must choose only 1. If you can do all 3 for the back tie to natch the streamers that would be even better. I would want the streamers around 14” Plz.

If anything ill braid them up to the center (where you bow tye them together) and let them stream towards the center). I plan on wearing it for dance hooping so I will need it to be secure & probably not have too large of chain loops hanging because my hands might accidentally catch them. I am guessing I might have to use clips or hair pins. Guess I will have to see.

zev4u_lexx_luvr @crystal_maiden I am not sure how to explain it so do whatever. I like the idea of several spiders in different tones both the solid black & the copper black. If I don’t like it I can always refasten them myself later. I have some fine sterling wire here if I feel the need to move them. Only other thing you can do is take several pics of options prior to fastening them.

zev4u_lexx_luvr @crystal_maiden Do you just need to attach some streamer ribbons & the smaller spiders? I wanted all 3 colors for ribbons. My hair is usually a platinum silvery gray color with a hint of purple so if you felt you need to add a ribbon to help tie on somehow I would pick the silver/gray to blend in better. I have very fine, slippery hair so I don’t think it would help. Prob need to use clear elastic thread. LOL

crystal_maiden @hjwilson77 yes! And I do have obsidian 💖✨ only thing is that the obsidian they currently have is 8 mm… I’ll see if I have a smaller size but I’m pretty sure I only got 8 mm since those are very popular for men’s bracelets -which honestly I need to get on top of LOL
