@al4dfmly I would just contact customer service, I have multiples of most of my makeup listed and multiple quantities have been purchased at once in specific shades. I will also contact customer service, try again tomorrow 💗

@al4dfmly customer service contacted me, and said for you to contact them. They can't see anything wrong on my end, everything is set up correctly when they checked the listing. So, they will have to go in and take a look via your profile to see what the problem is.
