Hello, I just wanted to notify everybody that there are people on poshmark that tell you they want you to email them because they want to purchase your item. Then they say their going to send you a ups check and the check ismore than your item and you have to cash it and send them the money thats left over through western union to have their "mover" pick it up and its completely fake. Sending fake checks and everything. Please be awake of these scams.

I have received multiple offers like this. When I saw the first one I didn't realize it was a scam... I told them I would hold the item for them and they said they would send a check... what should I do.

@virginiapace I’m very concerned I just had this happen to me and I have given them my address to send the check but I realized once 2 different people gave me the same story of why they needed money sent back what should I do??
