themomoffour Hi! Bust is 17" flat, waist is 14.5" flat, hips are free but around 18" flat. I'm more of a size 4, and it has a form-fitted look, but I think that it would fit a size 2 as well. The belt makes it pretty adjustable at the waist. For me, the length was more of an issue (it is 34" long) and it was too long for my 4' 11" frame.
