I shipped your order the day after you made it and I personally can tell you myself as a postal employee packages have been backed up for over two months so you’re lucky you got them as early as you did. Shipping delays is not something I have control over but like I said I shipped the following day after receiving your order.

I purchased a nice and large sturdy brown box for it, as I am not like some sellers that cram items into boxes or bags. I don't know why they would put it in a different box nor why they wouldn't tape it correct. sounds like it could have been a real disaster!
