Can you tell me what name brand this is and also is there stretch in the upper arm area?

@lbates888 It's San Julian and the upper arms are stretchy. It's mesh so it has some stretch to it.

@msdiamondeyes well I wear a size small, which is my normal size. For chest measurements I'm a 34C. It is stretchy and the sleeves do run a bit long. Hope that helps. 😊
